Our Story

A group of passionate and highly skilled physical therapists came together with a shared vision of making a positive impact on people’s lives through their expertise. Each member of this diverse team had valuable experience in different areas of the healthcare field, ranging from private practice physical therapy to working in multidisciplinary healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals. This unique blend of backgrounds and knowledge would become the foundation of their journey together.

Our Mission

To be an entity and a facility that is available to deliver quality and standardized therapy/treatment utilizing regularly updated equipment and evidence-based protocols. Designed to deliver a holistic approach while maintaining to meet individual needs pertaining to rehabilitation and wellness.

Our Vision

To be acknowledged as a group of licensed and well-trained therapists in the Bellaire, Houston, and neighboring areas, who can perform evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and holistic assessments using standardized outcomes and measures, and results-oriented management and approaches. All geared towards establishing meaningful short-term and long-term goals that are individually designed for each client.

Audrey Duterte a Licensed Physical Therapist here at Access Rehab & Wellness. Audrey is also a Pons-Certified Physical Therapist.

Audrey has the sweetest attitude and is truly passionate in her chosen field of Physical Therapy. With substantial years of experience, she has turned herself into an expert in patient care having worked side by side with patients and their families. Same experience that honed her skills becoming a highly effective clinician in all aspects of patient’s mobility needs.

Nicolo “Nik” Duterte is an Administrator here at Access Rehab & Wellness.

Charlene Gayas is a Licensed Physical Therapist here at Access Rehab & Wellness.

Charlene is a therapist with a great attitude towards patients and family alike. She is a clinician to trust with preciseness and thorough management with strong dedication to what she does.

Many years of experience shaped her knowledge & skills in becoming a sought-after clinician.

Rennel “Ren” Gayas is an Administrator here at Access Rehab & Wellness.

Juniper “June” Docdocil is a Licensed Physical Therapist here at Access Rehab & Wellness. June is also a Pons-Certified Physical Therapist.

Juniper is a seasoned clinician having worked in various work settings. She is certified in Lymphedema Management and LSVT Big Programs (Parkinson’s Disease Management).

June, as she is fondly called by patients & colleagues, always has that compassionate attitude to provide utmost physical therapy care to everyone needing her expertise.

Gerard “George” Docdocil is a Licensed Physical Therapist here at Access Rehab & Wellness.

Gerard or “George” to most of his patients is a physical therapist with the magical hands to match his equally magical heart. He is a results-oriented clinician with great skills in manual therapy and functional mobility training. Equipped with wide-range of knowledge in the field,
